Position Summary
The Lead Cabling Technician is responsible for leading cabling installation projects and fleet vehicle maintenance while delivering exceptional service.

Work Environment
The majority of work is completed outside at the construction site, or renovating occupied facilities such as hospitals, labs, nursing homes, etc. The position is often exposed to fumes or odors and sounds and loud noises, such as construction equipment. Protective equipment is required when on the construction site, including but not limited to hardhats, safety glasses, and high visibility clothing. Temperatures and conditions may vary depending on the weather and seasons.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to talk, hear, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, operate a computer, cell phone and telephone. Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to occasionally lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds, frequently lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds, and constantly lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work
Full time position. Extended hours and weekends may apply.
Travel
Must have reliable transportation. Travel to and from the work site is required. Most of the travel will be local, but occasional long distance and overnight travel may be required depending on the project.
