Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property accountant assistant.
The person will be responsible for doing the accounting & management of over 50 commercial and residential properties and still growing strong
Account recievable/payable
reconciliations
Tax fillings
maintenance of tenant ledger
We specialize in the acquisition and management of prime community centers & residential buildings.
We are also a development company with enormous plans for the future
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property management accounting.
Yardi Systems experience is required
English and Spanish required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
