Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated individual to join our team as a Software Asset Management Analyst in support of the Navy. This position is ideal for you if you are looking to gain more experience in program support for the Navy, can be organized and have an eye for details, interested in process improvements to efficiently support the Navy’s mission.

Primary work location is San Diego, CA. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance with the DOD is required at time of hire.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in supporting the Department of Navy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field of study.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project… etc.
• Advanced Excel Skills and past experience with cost modeling is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

General Duties or Experience:

• Monitor and track software spending across multiple vendors, baselines, and platforms.
• Distribute financial reports and models detailing cost estimates, quotes, actual spending, and future projections to leadership.
• Oversee progress of procurement activities, track key milestones, and address any difficulties in maintaining financial timelines.
• Submit procurement documents that adhere to government compliance policies in NAV-ITAS. Requires knowledge of software ATO’s, DADMS, and DITPR-DON.
• Develop strategic and comprehensive roadmaps using cross functional inputs for ad-hoc data calls and drills.
• Set up regular sync, and lead meetings between software, and financial teams.
• Develop innovative solutions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Track data from diverse sources including inputs from government databases and business vendors to create cohesive and concise reports.
• Familiarity with databases and data input.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,811.80 - $95,804.20 per year
