It is a subsidiary of a larger umbrella of companies that include Frankel Development Group, Admirals Cove Realty, Frankel-Ball Realty and Jupiter Title Company. As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth and success by identifying and cultivating relationships with commercial clients to provide them with tailored insurance solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, manage client accounts, follow up on warm leads and ensure exceptional service delivery. Part of the comp package will included the ability to earn equity in the company based on performance. This is a commission based opportunity with unlimited earning potential and residual income.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and develop new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and risk exposures. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on insurance coverage options and risk management strategies.
3. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to design customized insurance programs that address the unique needs and challenges of each client. Present proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business.
4. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with regulations.
5. Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance products and regulations. Leverage this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and provide value-added solutions to clients.
