Your role in our team

• You will accurately enter vendor PO invoices against received PO items and resolve any discrepancies
• You will accurately enter nonPO (Voucher) related invoices to appropriate General Ledger accounts and prepare for approval
• You will monitor the AP master file for necessary changes or updates needed
• You will run Vendor Payment list:
• Print, scan, mail all check payments
• Schedule needed ACH and Wire Payments
• You will contact vendor or purchasing and receiving departments to research invoice data as required
• You will review and reconcile vendor statements routinely
• You will maintain AP electronic files, AP emails, and vendor 1099 Data and resale certificates
• You will respond to vendor inquiries on the status of AP invoices and payments
• You will assist with Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end closing and reporting as assigned
• You will work closely with senior management to implement new procedures and process controls

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor’s or professional degree in accounting preferred
• You have 1 years of experience in an accounting / finance position
• You have proven leadership skills
• You must be able to work independently
• You are efficient and goal oriented
• You have the ability to multitask
• You are a team worker with good communication skills
• You have experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
• You are willing to grow with the company and take more responsibility
