Purpose of Job:
In this role, you will build and grow successful Member relationships by sourcing, processing, and delivering additional credit union products and services while ensuring an exceptional service experience. You'll assist and advise Members in selecting appropriate credit union products by utilizing consultative skills and proven sales techniques. You'll facilitate a smooth application and fulfillment experience, handling inbound and outbound applications over the phone, supporting third party origination channels, and reviewing web applications. The successful Partner will meet or exceed all funding goals, minimize errors, and process all requests while consistently adhering to all Financial Partners policies.

Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
