Position Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, theAccount Manager maintains and expands
relationships with strategicallyimportant customers. The individual is primarily responsible for achievingsales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Account Managerrepresents the entire range of company products and services to assignedcustomers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuringassigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
The individual will act as the primaryliaison and solutions consultant between iTi and its potential and existingcustomers. The Account Manager develops and maintains quality relationshipsthat enable aggressive growth. Utilizing innovative thinking, passion forcustomer service, relationship building skills, and is also responsible foridentifying and leading customers smoothly through the solutions cycle to asuccessful close.
The Account Manager is responsible forensuring professional ethics are never compromised and comply with company andregulatory policies and procedures. The individual should always act with thehighest degree of honesty and integrity. Models and acts in accordance withiTi’s mission, vision and core values.
The following key accountabilitiesensure the critical success of this position:
50% Responsible for achieving salestargets and strategic account objectives for assigned customers.
· Leading the customer account planningcycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and
· expectations are met by the company.
· Meets assigned targets for profitablesales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
· Establish and maintain a strongongoing customer relationship across all levels of influence ensuring thecustomer sees the Account Manager as a valued resource and strategic partner.
· Coordinates the involvement of companypersonnel, including support, service, operations and
· management resources, in order to meetaccount performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
· Proactively leads a jointcompany-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performanceobjectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one to three-yearperiod.
· Proactively assesses, clarifies, andvalidates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
· Leads solution development effortsthat best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of allnecessary company personnel.
30% Responsible for developing newcustomers and achieving new customer sales targets for assigned marketsegments.
· Lead the assigned market segmentstrategic planning cycle to ensure new client acquisition
· targets are delivered on a consistentbasis.
· Deliver new sales volume targets bydeveloping key market segment tactical execution plans.
· Supports the implementation ofmarketing and sales programs, procedures, methods and practices to promoteiTi’s key messages and achieve a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
10% Responsible for market researchand understanding industry trends and associated customer needs of assignedmarket segments
· Assess market opportunities,understand the competitive climate within defined markets and
· market segments to provide appropriatesolutions and services.
· Understand customer’s economic andother motivational drivers and customer values for each level of influence.
· Demonstrate industry and marketknowledge, and implement/execute an engagement model for addressing current andpotential customers in assigned market segments.
10% Be the voice of the customer andinternal champion for the customer in developing new products and services.
· Keeps informed off and informs theleadership and operations team on current trends, issues,
· problems and activities in order tofacilitate policy/product making and strategy development.
· Educate ITI organization, teachinternal stakeholders specifics about market trends and competitive landscapethat they need to know and market internally to create interest and enthusiasm.
· Participate in all internal sales,marketing and product development meeting and ensure that customer needs arebeing incorporated into all new and existing products and services.

Education:
Associate Degree / bachelor’s degreein business or any related field
Languages
Fluent in written and spoken English.Bilingual preferred.
Professional Qualifications andExperience:
• Progressive sales experience in anyservice organizations (1-2 years)
• Experience in account management andcustomer relationships (2 years)
• Social media and internet researchpreferred
