Experience Requirements
- 5 years of Organizational Change Management Consulting experience
- Possession of Prosci or other organizational change management certification
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change management initiatives
- Strong communication, design, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage change management/engagement plans
- Ability to manage initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment while exercising sound judgment within tight deadlines
- Skilled in effectively leading meetings to ensure clear understanding of change impacts by all stakeholders
- Ability to swiftly grasp business needs and communicate risks and impacts of change to minimize business impact
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining productive relationships with key leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Creative problem-solving abilities to design strategic solutions for complex communication challenges involving multiple stakeholders
- Track record of driving multiple assignments to completion within a fast-paced team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
