Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Junior QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets requirements
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks
- Conduct regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure overall system stability
- Document test results, track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
- Assist in release management activities, including coordinating release schedules and conducting pre-release testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process enhancement

Experience:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or software testing is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C or Python
- Understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
- Experience with load testing tools like LoadRunner is a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices is beneficial
- Proficiency in using Jira or similar issue tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
