Job Summary:

The Project Specialist is responsible for the timely delivery of marketing projects. The Project Specialist will be touching every step from planning, to execution and release; enabling them to foresee setbacks and will lead through effective communication and collaboration. Projects supported may include, Direct Mail, Email, Digital, Social, Brand and grassroots marketing on both a local and national level.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experienced preferred
• Three to five years of experience
• Project coordination with familiarity with project management workflow systems
• Project management with knowledge of project management software
• Detail oriented, excellent organization skills, and an outstanding ability to ensure delivery of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment on time
• Customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• High level of ability and comfort level to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
