The Strategy and Analytics Manager II will play a critical role in delivering on InHome’s most important KPIs across the business. As a member of the team, you will work across the InHome team to analyze operations, tackle key strategic challenges, and influence strategic decision making. The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop a detailed understanding of InHome’s operations and business model.

· Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate data needs for new product initiatives and help enable reporting.

· Define and validate new metrics per business needs.

· Work with various data and analytics teams to help build reports and develop analyses to support KPI monitoring and improve as well as expand the business.

· Maintain documentation around dashboards and communicate updates and issues to business users.

· Implement process improvements where necessary by setting up automations.

· Prioritize effectively and communicate changing timelines to business users.

· Identify strategic areas of opportunity and provide recommendations to senior leaders by analyzing business metrics and extracting insights.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers and represent InHome as the Data Strategy expert.

· Identify and pursue opportunities to improve InHome’s data capabilities and process.

Skills and Experience:

· At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics. Strategy or Business Operations experience is a plus.

· At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Product, Business and Engineering teams to build and automate dashboards.

· Proficient in analyzing data and performing detailed analysis using SQL, Excel, Tableau or similar tools.

· Comfortable moving quickly in an ambiguous environment and creating something from scratch.

· Ability to work with all levels of management and ability to work well in cross functional settings.
