Job Description:
- Review & summarize complex compensation agreements
- Support monthly close process for journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare payment requests in accordance with agreements
- Monitor receivables and assess risks & allowance
- Oversee contract administration process
- Participate in special projects and provide ad hoc support as needed
- Ability to understand complex contracts and good accounting skills
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, V-LOOKUPs, and formulas)
- Outstanding communication skills, diplomatic, and "client service" oriented
- Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
