Alexandria Covenant Church is seeking a full-time Executive Pastor who loves Jesus and is committed to the work and ministry of the gospel. We are a church of around 750 weekly worshippers who are committed to loving Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and sharing Jesus with all people. We are bible based, gospel centered and relationally driven. We offer both traditional and contemporary weekly worship services. Our largest outreach is children and youth. In addition, we have 13 global, 13 local, and seven regional mission partners. We operate on a 2-million-dollar budget and recognize the greatest asset of our church is the people. Alexandria, MN is a lakes community (population around 15,000 people) located in central Minnesota. We are a summer destination for many people in and outside Minnesota. Our community is known as a great place to come and a hard place to leave. Our church and our community are unique – we are a larger church family in a relatively smaller setting.
