Vineland Tree Care is seeking an experienced sales representative. This position involves creating and maintaining relationships with retail and commercial clients. This individual must be knowledgeable and experienced in tree care, hazard evaluation, pest management and industry standards for tree care. The position involves estimating time and materials for crews to perform all facets of tree care needs, including removal, pruning, cabling, and plant health care.

Specific qualifications:

• ISA Certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in the tree care industry
• Knowledge of trees, insects and diseases
• Knowledge of proper tree care and safety practices
• Attention to detail
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication, listening and people skills
• Self-motivated, with an ability to provide excellent customer service

Compensation:

· Pay based upon experience and performance

· Health benefits and vacation accrual after 90 day probation period

· 3% matching Simple IRA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
