Digital Dragon, a Santa Monica Youth Tech Enrichment Studio, is hiring a summer camp teacher/counselor.

• Hours will be approximately 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday
• Location is our Santa Monica studio at approximately 30th/Pico, across from Trader Joe's
• This is a supporting position, this role will support a senior teacher/counselor
• Dates for this role are June 3 - August 16, there is a small chance of a role beyond that

We teach programming to filmmaking and much technology in between. This position will work with elementary school students mostly. Below is a partial list of topics we teach, all that's required for this role is comfort with technology, the right candidate will learn while the lead teacher teaches, and via initial trainings.

Additional skills we’re looking for:

• Experience with and enjoyment of working with kids: Tutoring, camp counselor, or teaching experience
• Some Technology skills, we can train, but you'll have to have a base of technology fluency to be comfortable supporting our lead teacher

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $700.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week
