100% In-Office Position

Responsibilities:

• Specializes in Commercial Office Space Design; 70-80% of your day is sitting behind a computer drafting
• Meeting with potential and existing clients to understand their space plan requirements
• Developing detailed space plans based on client needs
• Generating pricing drawings for the Interior Construction Department to prepare construction estimates
• Preparing final sets of drawings for construction and permitting purposes, conducting meetings with clients to assist in the selection of finishes
• Coordinating planning and construction processes with all vendors involved
• Facilitating coordination between the Leasing Department and the Interior Construction Department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• 1-5 years of experience in commercial interiors and tenant development
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in the application of commercial building and accessibility codes

Salary:

• 1-3 Years of Experience: Starts at $60,000 /year
• 3-5 Years of Experience: Starts at $70,000-$80,000/year (some flex based on experience)
