This is a remote position.
$48,750 to $81,250 annually DOE

Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze revenue transactions to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential risks.
- Identify and correct areas of revenue leakage, including billing errors, contract discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insights for revenue optimization.
- Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience required.
- 2 years of experience in revenue assurance.
- Experience with telecommunication revenue preferred.
- Strong excel skills and some proficiency with access or other database tools.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in problem solving and follow up as necessary to resolve problems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within critical deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
