This is a remote position.

Position Title: Revenue Assurance Analyst

$48,750 to $81,250 annually DOE

Job Summary
The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible identifying revenue leakage points and collaborating with cross-functional departments to implement corrections. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis and revenue assurance, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze revenue transactions to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential risks.
  • Identify and correct areas of revenue leakage, including billing errors, contract discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insights for revenue optimization.
  • Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2 years of experience in revenue assurance.
  • Experience with telecommunication revenue preferred.
  • Strong excel skills and some proficiency with access or other database tools.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in problem solving and follow up as necessary to resolve problems.

  • Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within critical deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
