Responsibilities:
Generates clinically acceptable treatment plans utilizing clinical knowledge of anatomy and physiology; radiation biology and oncology; radiation safety, physics and technology.
Understands appropriate billing practices for physics and dosimetry procedures.

Qualifications:
Education
Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiation Therapy as approved by the American College of Radiology, American Medical Association and the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation
Certified Medical Dosimetrist or completion of an accredited medical dosimetry training program, or appropriate clinical experience to be eligibe to take CMD examination
Experience
3 years experience as a radiation therapist preferred and 2 years of full time clinical experience in dosimetry under the direct supervision of a Medical Physicist
Compensation
$92,976 - $151,403 annually based on previous work experience
