The Rewinder Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the Rotoflex Rewinder to rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions.
Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Monitor Rotoflex Rewinder during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Package finished products according to specifications.
- Adhere to CGMP and ISO guidelines.
- Use hand tolls and equipment to assemble components as needed.
- Keeps work areas clear and organized; maintains housekeeping standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of rewinder experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
- Regularly exposed to noise, dust, odors, and oils.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to operating machinery.
