Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food and beverage offerings, including menu planning and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to meet revenue targets and control operational costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and kitchen to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety standards, kitchen management, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
