Job brief

Madanes Law is looking for a full-time, Legal Operations Manager with at least 3 years of Legal Operations experience to improve office efficiency, support operations, and undertake Marketing Initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to attorney and his associate to enhance office effectiveness.
• Organize and undertake marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and organize office operations and procedures.
• Ensure client invoices are issued and paid on time.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Legal Operations or Law Office Manager
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Computer literacy - particularly with Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of case management software
