Interiors Superintendent

Are you an experienced construction professional with a proven track record managing large interior build-out projects? We are seeking an Interiors Superintendent to oversee multiple high-profile jobs in the Triangle area of North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for assigned interior construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate work schedules, material deliveries, inspections, and quality control
• Ensure projects adhere to plans, specifications, schedule, and budget
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise on the jobsite
• Supervise and mentor team of foremen, tradespeople, and laborers

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Manager on large interior build-outs
• Proven ability to manage retail, pharmaceutical, or healthcare projects is a major plus
• Proficiency with reading construction drawings and specifications
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Triangle region of NC
• Experience with construction management software like Procore, PlanGrid, etc.
• OSHA 30 certification required

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
