Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive data analysis strategies to support business decision-making.
- Lead a team of data analysts in various data projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that influence company strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust analytical tools and dashboards for ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units and IT departments, to enhance data collection and interpretation.
- Guide the integration of new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management to effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts and manage their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in statistical software (such as R, SAS) and SQL.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and complex analytical projects.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
