Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Representative. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote products and build brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office Suite
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required
