Global Channel Management, Inc is Hiring a Document Processing Specialist I Near Lynnfield, MA
- Interviews scheduled Monday to Friday between 4-5 pm
- Physical ability to lift 20-40 pounds (boxes and mail trays)
- No prior experience necessary, comprehensive training provided
- Prepare Banking and Insurance Documents for mailing to customers using various delivery services
- Read and follow processing instructions from work orders
- Utilize human-readable barcodes to separate documents for packaging
- Fold and insert documents into envelopes and boxes of different sizes
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and high quality of documents
- Verify package counts for 100% accuracy against provided volumes
- Follow instructions and priorities set by clients' Service Level Agreements
- Comfortable with sitting or standing for extended periods
- Willingness to perform other assigned duties as needed by management
