ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide consultation to executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Manage the top strategic initiatives in terms of complexity, cost, and benefit.
- Lead group discussion to develop innovative solutions and recommendations.
- Transition strategy from concepts into execution
- Enlist ongoing and active support from Senior Management and continuously communicate progress.
- Create common expectations about the role of the PMO
- Work with executive sponsor and key stakeholders to define projects, including scope, goals and objectives
- Provide meaningful guidance and views on solutions and possible alternatives as needed.
- Establish, foster, and maintain working relationships with LOB and support groups throughout the organization. Drive for consistency of process, high quality of delivery, and rapid execution across the enterprise.
