Robert Half is Hiring a Real Estate Financial Analyst Near Rapids, IA
- Must HAVE: Real Estate exp, multi-family, financial analysis, and understands financial modeling.
Duration: This project is a 9-12 month project. CONTRACT only.
The objective of this project is to support the teams' everyday operations while they work on implementing a new software.

- Multifamily Real Estate experience
- Produce variance reports.
- Evaluate quarterly risk ratings
- Tax Credit experience would be a plus!
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to determine the root cause of any issues.
- Work collaboratively with multiple team members to understand the individual backgrounds of each partner.
- Demonstrate initiative in working issues to closure and regularly update on the progress.
- Document resolutions to evidence the method employed in resolving the issue.
- Manage and analyze multiple data sets using intermediate Excel skills.
- Analyze, understand, and reconcile the asset and liability accounts.
- Adjust, compile, and prepare financial data from previous systems for integration into the new system for future reconciliation.
- Navigate the financial statements, identify variances, and comprehend what adjustment files need to be assembled for the new system.
