**Summary:**

Provides consultation services regarding the development and implementation of key strategies and training to create and sustain a high performing organization. Works collaboratively with departments to support Organizational Development (OD) programs by identifying training needs, implementing programs and measure their effectiveness.

**Description**

1. Regularly meets with managers and department leaders to understand the business outcomes essential to their success and designtraining programs that equip staff with the required skill and knowledge to achieve the quality, financial and customer service goals.

2. Continually plans, assesses and evaluates training and OD services against the organization's strategic and business plan.

3. Designs, develops, implements and evaluates training for all levels of staff to support competency in areas that are critical to the organization.

4. Consults with HR and other Directors to ensure training is designed to meet the needs of the learners. Seeks to improve training methods and delivery processes and monitors training quality.

5. Provides training needs assessment, reporting, recommendations for learning content, effectiveness assessments including ROI, learning impact, etc.

6. Performs coaching, consulting, analysis and assessments to promote continual individual and organizational performance improvement.

7. Other duties as assigned.
