**Position Overview**

Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance organization is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead special projects for our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and his GTM organization. Our GTM organization brings together our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and GTM technology teams under one group.

To help Autodesk accelerate its GTM performance, we need a strategic individual to lead value added analysis for high-impact business initiatives. These initiatives include optimizing our GTM model to maximize customer & financial impact and designing our ROI framework across a $1B spend base.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate a strategic mindset, excellent executive presence, cross functional collaboration skills, and strong analytical and modeling skills. This role requires dexterity to work at multiple levels, from high level strategy and insights to disciplined processes analysis of specific initiatives.

You will report into the Senior Strategy Manager and can be based remotely anywhere in the US.

**Responsibilities**

Orchestrate critical strategic initiativesand analysis across the GTM organization that help Autodesk achieve accelerated business results

Build financial models using defensible assumptions, develop financial scenarios, conduct ad hoc analyses and reconciliations

Own and proactively drive complex and ambiguous projects in natureutilizing data-driven approaches to drive actionable recommendations

Support the topline planning process, with a clear understanding of how initiatives impact topline targets

Understand and quantify business performance drivers, opportunities and risks

Work with cross-functional teams to develop insights and recommendations in specific areas of the business that need focus

**Minimum Qualifications**

Business or Finance degreepreferred, MBA an advantage

6 years of relevant finance experience, Software preferred

Experience in strategy / ops functions, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, and other relevant finance experience

Financial modeling experience in Excel and PowerPoint skills

Must be able to develop and ownprocesses andanalyses and work effectively across teams and functions

Must have executive presence and ability to tell a story through numbers that drives decisions with senior audiences

Ability to work with data systems and large datasets with willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed (e.g., Anaplan)

**Salary transparency**

Salary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $121,800 and $197,120. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
