The Body Shop Manager’s primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures

• The ideal candidate will be able to do it all on the front end of the business (preferably with 3 years of CCC estimating experience) while making sure their technicians are on task and getting the parts and direction they need
• The Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met
• They are responsible to coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles
• The Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and the Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members
• GManagers are committed to leading by example at all times
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times
• Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth
• Provide training for all staff as necessary
• Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures
• Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates
• Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards•Manage store capacity
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings
• Attend monthly managers meetings
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team
• Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair techniques
• Proficiency in auto body repair, including dent removal, sanding, painting, and finishing
• Ability to estimate repair costs accurately
• Experience with auto glass repair and replacement is a plus
• Familiarity with dealership procedures and standards
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
