Position Details:

- Responsible for assisting customers with their existing credit card accounts.
- Assisting the client with replacing lost/stolen credit cards.
- Filing disputes and fraud claims.
- Help the client process payments and make transfers.
- Example: Balance transfers / Cash advances.
- Call center environment designed to help consumer credit card customers with questions, concerns and processing payments.
