Type: Full Time Permanent
Location: Portland, OR (100% onsite)
Skills:
- 5 years of experience required.
- IBM BPM development.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Core JAVA - Good to have.
- Overall 6 years IT experience with minimum of 5 years into design and development using IBM BPM.
- Experience in Architecting, Analysis and Development in IBMs Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
- Strong knowledge on core IBM BPM tool.
- Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
- Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
- Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects
- Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.
- Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.
- Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
- Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
- Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.
- Team Oriented and can work independently.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IBM BPM , Experience with Java and Java-based technologies, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries, JQuery.
- Experience working in agile or iterative SDLCs
