Job Details:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Director of Total Rewards in the Manufacturing industry. This role will be pivotal in the strategic development, implementation, and management of our total rewards program. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain our employees. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of wage analysis, employee benefit plans, employee surveys, ADP Payroll, ADP Workforce Now, and other related areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage the company’s total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
2. Conduct wage analysis to ensure competitive positioning of the company's pay structure and benefits.
3. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, medical plans, group life, disability, and other related plans.
4. Manage the use of ADP Payroll and ADP Workforce Now to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
5. Lead employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement.
6. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits and provide solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation, benefits laws, and regulations.
8. Develop communication strategies and materials to ensure employees understand their benefits and compensation.
9. Manage and mentor a team of total rewards professionals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
2. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, CCP, or CEBS are highly preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge of ADP Payroll and ADP Workforce Now.
5. Proven experience in wage analysis, designing employee benefit plans, and conducting employee surveys.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Ability to influence and engage with all levels of employees and management.
10. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits.
