About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Human Resources with a strong operational and strategic focus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering a people-centric culture that supports organizational growth. This executive will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed HR function within a culturally diverse manufacturing plant environment and will be deeply involved in defining and executing people strategies that are in line with business priorities. Key areas of focus include optimizing HR capabilities, talent nurturing, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency. The role also involves being a strategic partner to the company's leaders, leading HR strategy development, managing compensation and benefits, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Applicants for this executive position should have at least 15 years of experience in the HR field, preferably within a manufacturing setting, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a strategic mindset, at least 5 years of leadership experience partnering with an Executive Team and CEO, and a background in supporting a multi-site, geographically dispersed workforce. Experience with private equity partners is preferred. The successful candidate will be adept at managing the complexities of a high-growth business, leading HR through mergers and acquisitions, and driving change in a matrixed organization. Professional maturity, business credibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse, multicultural workforce are essential.
