DESCRIPTION:Duties: Provide advice and deliver creative corporate finance solutions to clients for mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic capital raising initiative including equity and debt issuance. Drive execution processes in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for corporate- and asset-related acquisition and divestiture engagements, debt and equity capital markets transactions, including debt issuances, follow-on offerings and tenders. Execute mandates for clients with regards to their domestic and international operations and work closely with internal Investment Banking coverage and product teams across various geographies. Function as point of contact on all transaction execution and facilitate coordination between senior team members, product partners, lawyers, accountants, and all other parties involved.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Banker, Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Banker, Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst or related occupation.Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: FactSet; Financial Modeling; Valuation Analysis; Discounted Cashflow Analysis; Leveraged Buyout Analysis; Trading Comparables Analysis; Precedent Transactions Analysis; Due Diligence; Industry Research; Regression Analysis; Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Adobe Acrobat.
