About Your Role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist, who will be responsible for invoicing and communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong Accounts Receivable track record, be detail-oriented and have strong teamwork and communication skills. This is a hybrid opportunity, you must be able to come into the ATL office 3 days a week.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Produce, distribute, and track customer invoices each month.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve invoice issues/discrepancies
• Accurately process and post customers payments made via check, credit card or ACH/wire
• Communicate with Sales and Customer Experience departments regarding customer inquiries
• Closely monitor the aging summary of Accounts Receivable for past due payments, and assist with collection notifications as necessary
• Process Accounts Payable on a weekly basis and manage vendor database
• Assist with other duties assigned by management

Who You Are

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
• Someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Tech savvy - Comfortable navigating between multiple software platforms and able to learn other software packages rapidly

Experience You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Not Required, But Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• May be subject to a credit check, in compliance with all applicable laws.
