Fast paced and growing Real Estate Technology company looking for an Assistant Financial and Customer Service manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial systems of our central and satellites offices in Cape May and Atlantic County. This is a client facing position that will require day to day problem solving and reporting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Create and implement policies and procedures for the company's financial and operating systems.
• Maintain the overall logistics of the office including Organizational Charts, Policy and Procedure Manual, Human Resource Files, Payroll, 401k and Benefits.
• Budgeting and Forecasting financials by location that allows us to determine ways to reduce costs and identify areas where we can increase ROI and maximize profit.
• Interact with C-Level executives and operations to help make decisions.
• Work with our CPA and Legal Team when necessary.
• Assist in preparing and interpreting numbers when supporting mergers or acquisitions.
• Assisting the Agents in the office with day to day questions
• Must be task oriented, detail oriented, calm under pressure with some project management experience,
• General office skills, and purchasing knowledge.

Prior industry experience is a huge asset for this candidate. However, we will train the right candidate on the industry specifics. Accounting background and knowledge is our key focus.
