As an Agency Services Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support to internal staff and external agents in the health insurance market.

This is NOT a commission-based position! They offer a market competitive base wage plus a monthly health insurance stipend and ancillary benefit package with a total compensation package value nearing $60k per year!

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Perform a mix of insurance-related administrative functions
• Work with agents to submit information to carriers and track completion and approval
• Prepare and check insurance forms and related documents; calling agents or other involved parties to obtain missing information from applications or forms
• Work with multiple carriers and their processes to file applications, forms or data entry for insurance policies and insurance transactions
• Send email communications, to include reporting, and track completion if applicable
• Receive inquiries by phone or email, and route calls and communication to specific staff members
• Run quotes and calculate premiums for agents
• Perform various administrative functions including data entry to CRM, entering information into carrier platforms, filing, maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies

Here’s what you’ll get:

• A market competitive base wage starting at $22.00/hour, depending on experience
• Health insurance stipend of $600/month
• Paid time off starting at 2 weeks/year (prorated for this year)
