HR Fusion LLC is a direct placement recruiting firm, is a trusted recruiting partner of a large manufacture in Greencastle, IN. We are seeking Production Group Leaders for 1st and 2nd shift FULL TIME direct hire positions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who desires a Career in Manufacturing, that wants to continue to develop their leadership skills.
Please Note:
- You MUST have injection molding experience.
- You MUST have previous experience as a team leader or line leader
What skills and attributes will make you successful
· 1 year minimum injection molding processing tech experience· Excellent attendance
· 1 year of leadership experience (Line lead / Team Lead)
· Good team player
· Self-motivated and positive attitude
· Good organizational skills and detail oriented
· Good communication and problem solving skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Must be able to adapt and respond to daily schedule changes
· Must follow and enforce quality and SOS standards
· Ensure paperwork is completed and properly filled out
· Must follow and enforce all Environmental, Health, and Safety Standards

Physical Requirements
- Good hand/eye dexterity and ability to cross-train
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing and/or walking for extended periods
- Perform repetitive motion activities
- Ability to visually inspect products to quality speculation
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
