Summary :

Responsible for researching and resolving complex billing issues and disputes. Also responsible for developing and building automated reconcilement processes to assure rates and our gross billing revenue is correct in the billing systems and ensure an efficient ongoing process.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Research and resolve complex billing issues from our billing systems and disputes from our vendor supplier invoices.
• Develop and build automated reconcilement processes using SQL tools or Automate Excel Macro tool.
• Implement any changes to billing codes as necessary to keep the integrity of our gross billing revenue.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analyst on pre and post pricing actions.
• Support the team with new pricing testing and auditing to the boarding and billing systems.
• On an ongoing basis, reconcile and audit check fee billing of our merchant customers to ensure the proper fee rates are correct in the billing systems.
• Reconcile Debit Network fees and rebates with processors.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ related experience, ideally in the Merchant Acquirer industry specifically with billing operations.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Advance proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL Query Language.
• Collaborative team member with a track record of building effective relationships.
• Thorough knowledge of various software programs including Word and Excel, Salesforce, and the ability to quickly learn additional systems / software.
