Salary: $18.00 - 22.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for both the hardware and software maintenance in the area of Information Technology both onsite and in the cloud. They include but not limited to the electronic medical records system, core Microsoft platforms; Windows Server, Active Directory, File Share, client workstations running Windows 10 Professional. Position may require some Application Development and support.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
24 x 7 Support; both onsite and remote
Hardware/Software maintenance
Email Management, configurations, support
General networking support
Responding to IT Helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Engaging in weekly one-on-one supervision with IT Administrator
Execute IT onboarding with New Hires
IT Documentation
Network and System infrastructure diagrams
‘How to’, (step by step) IT procedure documentation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent, AS or BS college degree preferred
Microsoft Certification(s) a plus and/or specialized certifications
Six (6) months work experience in IT field
SKILLS:
Proficient in the implementation and use of technology
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to multi-task problems
Independently solve problems and follow through on solutions
Attention to detail with the ability to present and document to Management
Awareness of IT cost as it relates to the financial situation of the agency
Basic knowledge of trouble-shooting
