The primary function of this job is to provide outstanding service to members and staff by completing post loan closing tasks and requests. Complete loan servicing duties by fully using job-relevant technical skills, maintaining/updating technical skills, and seeking to enhance service skills. Requires the ability to make decisions within established guidelines, the willingness to work within a sales environment, and the ability to be a team player in an organization that values the spirit of teamwork.

Essential Functions

• Perform detailed member research requests.
• Process maintenance requests on accounts.
• Record, perfect, and release titles as appropriate.
• Order and mail paper titles to be registered in other states.
• Process GAP claims and prepare letters of guarantee.
• Process loan changes as directed.
• Post CPI transactions.
• Process Skip A Pay requests
• Mail 30, 45, 60 days missing title letters to members.
• Process lease payoffs and request docs.
• Assist members with lease termination.
• Assist member and staff with post loan booking questions.
• Preform Seamless (CULA) tasks.
• Review reports as directed by management.
• Complete lease final statements.

Other Functions

• Assist in maintaining membership records confidentiality.
• Collect, open, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing interoffice mail.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties (filing, file maintenance, etc.)
• Perform specific and delegated duties as assigned by management.
• Prepare title documents for processing.
• Follow WFF’s service guidelines.
• Adhere to work environment maintenance standards.
• Follow established security procedures.
• Review invoices.
• Scan documents as directed to Seamless (CULA)
• Utilize empowerment matrix and follow We Florida Financial service guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of:

• Products/services.
• Policies/procedures and service philosophy.
• In-house computer system.
• Fraud identification and prevention techniques.
• PC literate, including working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Education/Experience

• Job requires a high school level of language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Two years’ experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable.
• Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education and self-development programs.
