Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Program Manager to join our team. As a Mental Health program Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals with mental health conditions. Your expertise in clinical counseling and knowledge of various therapeutic techniques will contribute to the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day to day operations

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients

- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services

- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their needs are met within the healthcare system

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress

Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field

- Previous experience working in behavioral health or related field preferred

- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses

- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
