Ironside HR is Hiring a Clinical Laboratory Director Near La Crosse, WI
A great hospital located just outside of La Crosse, WI is seeking a full-time Clinical Laboratory Director to join their growing laboratory team!
The Clinical Laboratory Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri schedule, may require additional hours
- Great laboratory and administration team!
- The Laboratory Director has responsibilities to the hospital, to nursing services, to the patient and to the medical staff. The Director will interpret and support the hospital mission, Board of Directors and Medical Staff objectives and policies. The director will manage the clinical laboratory staff assuring high-quality diagnostic results expeditiously delivered to practitioners. The Director will also provide efficient and effective leadership to staff he/she manages.
The Clinical Laboratory Director Qualifications:
- Either an Associate degree in Laboratory Science or a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or chemical, physical or biological sciences is required or previously qualified as a technologist
- ASCP certification required
- Must have at least 1 year of clinical lab experience
- Preferable to have previous lab supervisory experience
