Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and be proficient in various HR systems and software.

Duties:
- Assist with payroll processing and reconciliation using Kronos or similar systems
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries
- Compile reports for payroll auditing
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of financial concepts related to HR functions
- Experience with Kronos or similar payroll systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for employee interactions

The HR/Payroll Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks regarding the management of employee compensation in the company. You will undertake a variety of tasks such as entering payroll information, calculating wages, and making payments. An excellent payroll clerk has great understanding of the concept of confidentiality. You will be experienced in entering data with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
