Order Type : Skilled Manufacturing Assignment to Hire
Do you like a challenge and work at your own pace?
1st shift 6am to 3:30 pm - Mon thru Friday
2nd shift 3:30pm to 2am - 4 10's
Located in Kaukauna
$15 - $20 per hour BOE
Operating Equipment – Grit blasting equipment such as hoses, nozzles and hoods. Various blast media such as metal grit and glass bead.
Blast Knowledge – Experience with various grades of blast quality.
Quality Control – Knowledge of the difference between blast grades is a plus, as well as knowledge of metal fabrications on what type of media should be used for different grades of metal.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Blasters are trained with in-depth knowledge of paint production warehouse and/or heavy industrial background.
• Industrial Blast Booth experience is not required, but is a plus. Attention to detail mandatory to avoid runs, skips and other quality issues. Must also be conscientious of safety and clean-up.
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices are beneficial.
