Accounts Payable Coordinator II

Pay Range: $23 - $30/hr

Hybrid Role: Onsite 3 days per week at the Sleepy Hollow office

We are looking for someone to be responsible for the daily processing of invoices and payments within Accounts Payable Workflow system and Oracle as well as other Accounts Payable responsibilities.

A typical day may include:

• Payable Workflow system and Oracle
• Compile, record, and analyze routine accounts payable transactions.
• Verify that all transactions align with corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain data entry of invoices for specified letter range or vendor category in a timely manner in both domestic and foreign currency
• Using ERP systems as well as invoice workflow systems
• Vendor Account analysis and account reconciliation
• Vendor statement review and reconciliation
• Provide customer service to internal and external clients

The Accounts Payable Coordinator II role might be for you if you have:

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and procedures
• Effective organizational and communication skills are required
• Excellent interpersonal skills are also required
• Experience using 2- and 3-way Purchase orders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail while maintaining a high level of accuracy are required

The requirements for this role are a minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable focused role in a fast paced, professional environment. This role will be in the Sleepy Hollow office 3 days per week.
