Revenue Cycle Administrator Job Summary:
This clerical position provides essential administrative billing support to the billing and revenue team and all other duties as assigned by the Director of Revenue Cycle.
Revenue Cycle Administrator Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
§ Assist in daily processing of Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) within the Procentive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for all incoming insurance claims.
§ Allocate client payments meticulously daily to maintain precise financial records.
§ Assist in the handling of clinical records requests when mandated by insurance providers.
§ Manage special projects as assigned by the Director of Revenue Cycle
§ Assist all other billing and revenue personnel as needed.
§ Support other billing and revenue staff in special projects as assigned by the Director of Revenue Cycle.
§ Investigate and proficiently address denied claims by initiating direct communication with insurance companies. Create support tickets for staff to promptly resolve insurance or client-related issues. Resolve discrepancies within the Procentive software to ensure accurate billing for timely and appropriate payment.
§ Assist in Procentive issues as needed.
§ All other duties as assigned.

Revenue Cycle Administrator Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
§ 3-5 years of healthcare billing experience required.
§ Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
§ AA or BA preferred.
