Job Responsibilities

  • Upholds the integrity of the Registrar's Office of Denmark Technical College by complying with all federal, state, and local requirements pertaining to the security, confidentiality, and privacy of information maintained by Denmark Technical College, including the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • Performs scanning of information, verifying scanned documents, linking, purging, and shredding of academic permanent files/records, in accordance with published guidelines.
  • Files large volumes of documents
  • Submits files to the college's Archivist for storage.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication, organizational, typing, and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with office equipment, e.g., computer, copier, telephone, printer, and scanner.
Preferred Qualifications
An associate degree in the field of administrative office technology.
