Product Development Chemist, Catalysts

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Product Development Manager, Catalysts, the Product Development Chemist, Catalysts will:

• Lead technical implentation of assigned product development programs, innovation strategies, and key initiatives in alignment with Technology Leadership, Product Management, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Champion a safety-first culture by driving EHS best practices throughout the organization and facility and create initiatives that reinforce best safety practices, habits, and behaviors.
• Launch products, provide field support, and participate in meetings which may necessitate some travel and overnight stays.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The right candidate will be a dynamic self-starter with experience in developing, motivating, and transforming teams. Your credentials ideally include:

• PhD or MS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3-plus years of progressive experience within industrial product development or technical service.
• Understanding of product development processes and applications in the indoor air, emission reduction, and catalyst coatings industries is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
